Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms:
Payment must be made at the time of purchase. Payment for Product may be made by credit card, PayPal or some other prearranged payment method. WickedThunder.com may invoice parts of an order separately. Your order is subject to cancellation by WickedThunder.com, at our sole discretion. WickedThunder.com is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors, in any offer by WickedThunder.com and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors. All pricing is subject to change. WickedThunder.com reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing and product offerings for reasons including, but not limited to, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, product unavailability, manufacturer price changes and errors in advertisements. All orders are subject to product availability.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping and handling are additional charges unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. You must notify WickedThunder.com within seven (7) days of the date of your invoice or acknowledgement if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong, or damaged. North Carolina Residents are subject to an applicable 6.75% sales tax. Shipping dates are estimates only.

International Orders:
The Online Shopping Cart at WickedThunder.com will accept US orders only. International orders may be placed by emailing customerservice@wickedthunder.com . The following policies apply to International Orders:

  1. Payment must be via PayPal including a 4% transaction fee on the total amount
  2. Shipping will be via USPS International Global Express Mail

Order Cancellations or Changes:
Before placing an order, please ensure the product you are ordering is the product you want! To fill some orders, products must come from our distributors. Once an order is placed with our distributors, it cannot be stopped. Orders cancelled at this point will be subject to our "Exchange/Return" policies and fees.

Exchanges, Returns & Discontinued Products:

Apparel Exchanges:
WickedThunder.com will exchange all apparel for a different size from the same manufacturer, within Seven (7) days of receiving your order. In the event your merchandise does not fit, please call or Email us to receive a valid RMA number before returning any product. Please ensure Exchange items are in their original, unused, and unworn condition. The items must include all original undamaged packaging, tags and product instructions. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in additional charges and/or refusal of your return. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges incurred with an Exchange. In the event you decide to just Return your order (without exchange), there is an industry standard 20% Re-Stocking Fee. You must obtain a valid RMA Number before returning your product. WickedThunder.com will refuse any package without an RMA Number. The package will be returned to you with No Store Credit issued. Our Apparel Exchange policy is only available to customers within the 48 contiguous United States.

Exchanges (excluding apparel):
In the event that you order an incorrect product, WickedThunder.com will issue an Exchange. Please preserve the original packaging and do not remove the tags and/or protective coverings from your merchandise until you've determined that it's the right size, fitment, or part. Failure to follow these instructions may result in additional charges and/or refusal of your return.

All exchanges must receive approval within seven (7) days from receipt of goods. We will not accept any Exchanges without an RMA number. Packages sent to us without a valid RMA number will be refused.

All merchandise Exchanged must be in its original, new, unused, unworn, uninstalled condition and must include all original undamaged packaging and instructions as well as all tags, protective covers, and other items that may have been attached to the merchandise. Never ship an item in its original manufacturers packaging. There’s a good chance it will arrive damaged. Please use a postal box or other adequate packaging to ensure your return is not damaged on the way back to WickedThunder.com. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in your Exchange being refused. Please apply the correct amount of Insurance on all return shipments for Exchanges or Returns, as we're not responsible for goods received damaged. These damaged goods become the property of the buyer if not shipped properly, and you will be charged to send them back to you!

There are absolutely no Exchanges on any products that have been opened, tampered with or installed. We must be able to Resell it or Return it to the manufacturer. If you should decide to Exchange for an item of lesser value and the difference in price between the new item and the exchanged item is greater than $50, the entire difference will be applied as a store credit.

Returns:
WickedThunder.com will not accept any returns without prior approval and an RMA number. Please call or email us to receive a valid RMA number before returning any product. Packages sent to us without a valid RMA number will be refused. Requests for Returns must be made within seven (7) days from receipt of goods. Refused orders or Special Orders on non-stocking items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We apologize, but this is what our distributors and vendors charge us for returns and in some cases even more. WickedThunder.com will not accept any returns sent COD. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges incurred with a Return.

All returned merchandise must be in its original, new, unused, unworn condition, and include its original undamaged packaging, attached tags, instructions, etc. Never ship an item in its original manufacturers packaging - it will arrive damaged. Please use a postal box or other adequate packaging to ensure your return is not damaged on the way back to WickedThunder.com. Following these guidelines will prevent any unnecessary charges. Any Special Order, Closeout items, Electrical and Fiberglass parts such as Bodywork or Fairings are Not Returnable. Please be sure you want them before ordering.

All returns or exchanges must be received within seven (7) business days from the date the RMA is issued. Any returned items that do not follow the general guidelines will be returned with No Store Credits issued.

Discontinued Items:
In the event you order an item that is out of stock and has been discontinued we will notify you by email first, then by phone if you do not respond to the email within 24-48 hrs. WickedThunder.com reserves the right to exchange your original order with a newer item or product that the manufacturer has replaced the discontinued product with. If you should decide to Cancel the order for that item or to Exchange for an item of lesser value and the difference is greater than $50, the entire balance will be applied as a store credit.

Defective Merchandise:
All merchandise is warranted by the product manufacturer under their guidelines. Any defective merchandise is handled directly through the manufacturer by the customer and will be shipped directly to them. WickedThunder.com does not provide warranties on merchandise. Shipping charges on defective merchandise are non-refundable. Please be sure to save the original Invoice, as it will be needed for the manufacturer in the event of a warranty claim.
